Built and released an Android app for learning about investing and investing in US stocks.

The project

I joined Vesto as the main Android developer and built the app from scratch. I worked closely with the product team and users, taking responsibility for technical design, implementation, and releases to the Play Store.

Context

Vesto’s app helped people learn about investing and manage their investments, with educational content and a community feed.

My contribution

Built and maintained the app from its first implementation through Play Store releases.
Maintained 99% crash-free users.
Implemented a referral and rewards system to support organic growth.
Integrated one-click payments through the Redsys SDK.
Supported the marketing team with push notifications and deep linking.
Built a community feed to support user engagement.
